Meeting Called to Order @ 9:03 A.M.
Conflict of Interest
Councillor Carruthers/ J.D. Excavating Inc. declared a conflict of interest in regards to maintenance, repairs and or construction of the Village’s streets and roads. Councillor Carruthers’s shall remove himself from Council’s chambers and abstains from any discussion with any other council or staff.

of Council be accepted as presented.

Council be accepted as presented.
109/17 MCSHANNOCK That the minutes August 14, 2017 special meeting of
Council be accepted as presented.
Business Arising from the Minutes
Roads and Streets Street & Traffic signs to be installed in
Areas that were identified as being deficient.
Maintenance Village office eavestroughing on the west side of building to be repaired due to drainage issues. Repairs are being completed by Northern Lake Construction.
Bylaw Officer Lot 22 & 23 Block 06 Plan # 77PA16989 shall be inspected on September 11th, 2017 for compliance of Order to Remedy.

112/17 MCSHANNOCK That Councillor McShannock shall consult with Kid’s Sport
Requesting a donation of moveable moguls for skate boarding and scootering; and Council would like to Thank Aiden for his request and his interest in the community.
7) Northeast Regional Meeting
113/17 HENDERSON That Councillor Carruther’s shall attend the Northeast
Regional Meeting in Melfort, SK on September 29th, 2017;
and that all expenses incurred be reimbursed including
mileage at .50 per kilometre.
7) Solar Grid Energy Inc.:-Re: Solar Street Lights
114/17 Henderson That the Village shall apply for Clean Air Energy Grant for
the purpose of installing solar lights along the Village’s
future walking path.
