29/17 MCSHANNOCK That the agenda of the March 29, 2017 regular meeting
of Council be accepted as presented.
30/17 CARRUTHERS That the minutes February 15, 2017 regular meeting of
Council be accepted as presented.
Business Arising from the Minutes
31/17 CARRUTHERS That due to budget restraints, the Village shall not be
contracting a part time Bylaw Officer for 2016; and that the
CAO shall continue to perform this essential service.
32/17 MCSHANNOCK That the CAO has completed a review of the 2016
Census population and dwelling count; and that no further
action is required.
Roads and Streets Regular maintenance to commence in early spring, including paving that was previously scheduled for 2016.
Maintenance Village Office has completed all necessary repairs and deficiencies.

2017 Education Property Tax Mill Rates
39/17 CARRUTHERS That the 2017 Education Mill Rate set by the
Government of Saskatchewan be accepted and applied to
2017 Tax Levy as follows: Residential 4.12 mills and
Commercial/Industrial 6.27 mills.

40/17 MCSHANNOCK That the Council of the Village of Christopher Lake
Supports the Special Constables hired by the District of
Lakeland 521 to monitor and ticket traffic Violators on
Demolition Permit Application
41/17 HENDERSON That the Council approve the Demolition Application
